At Sprecher Brewing Company, we strive for complete satisfaction with every sip and snack. Due to the perishable nature of our beverages and food products, we offer a specialized resolution process for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of leakage, breakage, or missing items from your craft soda or beer shipment.
- 2.Document Issues
If you encounter a problem, take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label to help us process your claim quickly.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the documentation gathered in the previous step.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or store credit for the affected items, as we cannot accept physical returns of food and beverage products for safety reasons.
